Cancelled orders
You have 14 days to fully test your Aerohive products. If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, simply return it to us in the original packaging within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.
Damage in transit
Occasionally accidents will happen as your order is in transit. In the event that something has been damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. We will also arrange for the faulty goods to be collected free of charge.
Faulty product
The original end user purchaser benefits from a limited warranty provided by Aerohive networks.
The warranty periods provided on Aerohive products are as follows:
- Most Aerohive Access Points, and all Routers and Switches, for the life-time of such products. However, where Aerohive has announced an end-of-life sale for one of these products, then the warranty period for this product will be five years from Aerohive’s announcement.
- Aerohive Server Appliances, for one year.
- Aerohive Antennas, Power Supplies, Power Injectors and Mounting Kits, for one year.
