Our pro-active network Support Packages have been designed to make sure your network continues to offer a return on your investment as your processes, devices and platforms change. We provide three types of support package should an issue occur with the configuration or set up of your wireless access points or network switches. Our help desk is open Monday – Friday between 9am – 5pm but we can offer support outside of these hours with access to an engineer who knows the specifics of your network and how it services your business or school's needs. All your hardware is guaranteed under the vendor’s product returns and replacements process and we will liaise with the vendor on your behalf to resolve any issues if required.
