A survey carried out by our expert engineers provides you with a road map to building reliable, consistent connectivity in every area you need it. There are typically three types of WiFi surveys
Simulation
Quick, convenient and affordable, predictive surveys use your own insight as well as a simulated version of your existing wireless network.
On-Site
An onsite survey is the most accurate and informative type of WiFi survey available. Collecting and mapping live data gives a full understanding of your network performance. We get an in-depth understanding of the size and scale of your building, racking and stock and anything that may require a different implementation approach or affect the wireless network in terms of interference, prove times between access points and signal loss.
Validation
Irons out any issues and ensures optimum configuration. In a perfect world, this is done the day after your installation during business downtime. If this isn’t possible, these surveys can be done seamlessly whilst users are active or remotely.
At Redway Networks, we don’t consider our job is done until you’re 100% satisfied with the result so we always recommend following up with a verification survey post-install.
