Win a free WiFi Survey Competition to support EduGeek 

Terms & Conditions of Entry.

This competition is to support EduGeek's 20th anniversary and is open to EduGeek education members only. The competition is to win a free one-day, onsite WiFi survey conducted by one of our certified wireless engineers free of charge (including travel expenses to your site).  If your school or college requires an addition service such as a network audit this can be arranged at a cost and our sales team will quote you for this separately. 

This competition is open to state and independent schools and colleges in England. Only one entrant per school or college and all entries must be via a work email address (entries received via personal email addresses will not be included in the draw.)  

The competition is open to EduGeek members and is running via the EduGeek website from Monday 9 - 16 June.  All entries will be collated by Redway Networks and the draw will take place on the 17 June.  The winner will be informed by Redway Networks and announced on the EduGeek website and via social media. 

• Prize is a free one-day (10am-5pm)  onsite WiFi survey conducted by Redway Networks
• The survey is for schools in England (excludes Scotland, Wales and NI) 
• The survey is for one school or college site only
• There will be no cost to the prize winner
• Entries are submitted via completion of the entry form on the Redway Networks' website
• Only one entry per school or college
• All entries must be from a work email
• Entries from personal email accounts will not be included
• The survey will be conducted by a Redway Networks' certified network engineer
• The survey will be conducted using Ekahau's heat-mapping software
• The survey must be taken by 1 December 2025
• Extra services can be booked at a quoted cost by the Redway Networks sales team

How We Collect Information 

Redway Networks may collect information about you whenever you interact with us, for example when you:

• Enter a competition
• Attend an event
• Enquire about our services or visit our website
• Sign-up to receive marketing updates on a campaign or website download

We ensure that there are appropriate technical controls in place to protect your personal details. For example, we use encryption technology on our websites and carry out regular security reviews on our network.

Redway Networks has opted for third party cloud based solutions, all with restricted access to client data by our employees. Our emails and website are also encrypted for extra safety.

On this website, we hold no personal details as these are stored, with client consent, in our CRM and other GDPR compliant software applications.

Redway Networks may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by emailing the new Privacy Policy on the Site. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

Will Any Of My Data Be Given TO Third Parties?

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, nor will we provide your personal data to third parties, unless obligated by law, for instance in case of a lawful request by law enforcement authorities.

Where Can I File A Request To Access, Rectify Or Remove My Data?

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity. If you ask us to stop sending you marketing materials, we will keep a secure record of your contact details and appropriate information to enable us to comply with your request of not to be contacted by us.

Marketing newsletters and communications can be unsubscribed from on every correspondence you receive from us.
